Over 8 years hands on experience in software development and testing 

• Ability to understand complex solutions/designs and develop software as per the requirements.
• Experience with Systems Architecture, SOA, middleware technologies, and enabling products 
• Strong Hands on Java programming experience with experience in J2EE, EJB, Spring, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, RMI, JFC/Swing, JMS, and JNDI.
• Ability to write XML and is familiar with SAX/DOM, XSLT, SVG, SOAP, WSDL.
• Experience with WAP, WML, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
• Hands on experience in working with databases such as Oracle, MySql etc.
• Working experience with the following Operating Systems: Unix, Windows, Linux, HP-Unix, Solaris.
• Experience with Shell and Perl scripting
• Experience in web-services design and working knowledge of Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic.
• Willingness to support code after deployment. 
• Strong telecom background is highly desirable.
• Willingness to code to Ericsson standards, write design documents, and support code after deployment.
